Webster Pregnancy Care

Most women do not know that chiropractic care can be utilized throughout all stages of pregnancy to help you have a healthier and more comfortable pregnancy. My approach to pregnancy care is through the Webster technique which utilizes a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/ SI joint dysfunction. In doing so, neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is facilitated.

What can chiropractic care help?

  • Decrease neck pain, headaches, and low back pain caused by the shift in mechanics of the body as the baby is growing

  • Pain from imbalances in the Sacroiliac Joints due to an increase low back curvature and shifts in center of gravity

  • Rib Pain as the uterus moves upward

  • Sciatica

  • Lumbar Disc Pain

  • Round ligament tightness and pain as the uterus grows throughout the pregnancy
